We're looking for a self-motivated, experienced and professional individual to join our Field Service Department.

Prospective employees must have the ability to work independently, as well as, under direct supervision while performing a wide range of tasks.

Often at new locations each day.

Your primary responsibilities will include repair and maintenance in the following categories:

- _Carpentry:_ Repair, modify and replace
- _Flooring_: Repair or replace of VCT, tile, tile carpet, crack fill, epoxy flooring system, saw cut concrete, concrete back fill and finish
- _Ceiling_**:Repair or replace ceiling tiles, t-bar, drywall
- _

Wall Finishing:
_ Patch, paint, drywall, FRP and wall covering
- _Casework:_ Cabinet repair and install, countertop repair and install
- _Electrical:_ Lite electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- _Plumbing:_ Lite plumbing repairs and troubleshooting

• Problem solving and troubleshooting

Must be able to use company apps, write notes and take photos to support work performed. Quality is top priority.


Work Experience:

• Commercial Construction 5 Years

• Restaurant Construction

• Preferred
• Handyman (Jack of All Trades)
• Preferred
• Driver's License in good standing (required)

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
