Primary Job Duties

Processing and administration of online orders

Retrieving and processing orders from our online customer base including Home Depot, Target, Wayfair... and other portals.

Processing orders via web portal and EDI, printing shipping labels, uploading tracking and creating sales orders on a daily basis.

Create shipping labels and documents, e.g., bill-of-lading, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.

Cross check shipping labels and documents for accuracy.

Review and monitor open order reports to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled.

Perform data processing of quick-ship and expedited customer purchase orders.

Work with shipping department and warehouse to continuously evaluate and modify the order processing routine to maximize output and productivity.

Perform data entry of return shipments, create and issue RMAs to customers.

Communicate and provide updates to customers via phone and email.

Skills/Qualifications

Experience with Amazon is a big plus

Experience with UPS WorldShip and Fedex Ship Manager software.

Experience with E-Commerce Websites and EDI.

Strong data entry experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)

Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency

Strong dedication to problem solving and process improvements

Must be a true team player, personable, professional and flexible

Strong attendance compliance

Vintage – "Olde World look with new world technology" – This suite highlights three extravagant faucet collections (Heritage, Restoration, Vintage) inspired by the 20th Century English design. The suite is comprised of the timeless traditional architecture of lavatory, kitchen and tub and shower faucets.
Designer Trimscape – "Jewelry for your bathroom and kitchen" – This 'bathroom and kitchen product array' is considered a specialty plumbing product line that targets items usually not listed in major categories (ie: Faucets, sinks, toilets). Products like angle stops, showerheads, and grab bars that are in demand on a continual basis.
Fauceture – "Redefining quality in bathroom design" – Offers a wide variety of bathroom sinks and faucets; adopted from 21st Century artwork from translucent glass to vitreous china.
Gourmetier – "Providing a variety of fine kitchen décor" – Features a wide variety of stainless steel kitchen sinks, faucets, filtration faucets and accessories.
