JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an RF Electronics Assembler to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in their craft of assembly and gets satisfaction from seeing the results of their work and creativity transpire into reliable hardware.

Assembly in the field of space electronics historically makes or breaks the mission and we want someone who understands this and is not afraid to take this responsibility head on.

DUTIES:

• Follow schematics and diagrams to assemble electronics modules and wire harnesses.
• Solder printed circuit board assemblies under a microscope.
• Solder of printed circuit board components, including 0201, 0402, and larger footprint parts.
• Cutting, forming and soldering of wires as small as 32AWG and 10 mil wide solderable ribbons.
• Perform other duties and/or assist in other specific projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to think creatively about solving problems.
• Highly skilled at assembling electronics hardware.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Resourceful approach to solving new problems.
• Highly driven and motivated to take on challenging tasks.
• Good handeye coordination.
• Demonstrated IPC J-STD001 and/or NASA 8739 certification training or willing to be trained.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Certifications in J-STD and IPC

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Cleanliness in workmanship and high attention to detail is necessary.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting pay ranges $25 - $40+ hourly plus a Comprehensive Benefits package. Base salary is determined on a case-by-case basis. Job-related knowledge, experience & education is taken into consideration.


ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), employees must be either a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable.
