Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Prepare/manage import shipment documents
- Coordinating with vendors to provide high quality services to clients
- Communicating and coordinating with oversea branch offices to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure files are closed on timely manner and accurately billed in accordance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively. communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Proactive and strong organization and time management skills.
- Good Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Positive attitude, willing to help and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 23+ year of ocean import and export (LCL/FCL/AIR) operations experiences preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Customs Entry procedures is a must
- Thorough knowledge of domestic trucking including LTL, FTL and over weighted cargo preferred
- English is a must, bilingual is a plus (Mandarin/Chinese)

From $4,000.00 per month
