Responsibilities

  • Medical care, nursing documentation, collaboration with doctors and family members
  • Team leadership for two residential groups, approximately 15 employees
  • Ensuring dignified care, providing professional guidance and development for employees
  • Creating work schedules in coordination with the nursing management
