My Health Onsite manages employer sponsored health and wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships with our patients.No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients (ages 8 and up) may access a range of medical services including x-ray, onsite pharmacy, wellness services, and treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal.Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Create programs and policies to attract, create and retain top talent
- Support recruitment efforts and help develop staffing and retention strategies
- Maintain and enforce HR company wide compliance, including handbook updates, federal reporting requirements and 401k compliance items
- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Administer employee recognition program
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, peer reviews and performance reviews
- Oversee the onboarding and termination process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage the claims process for employee's who are injured at work
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or business-related field from an accredited college or university
Certification:
PHR/SHRM Certification
Experience:
At least 10 years experience in a human resources position with at least 3 years in a management capacity
Travel:
Required travel between health centers and various locations within the community
Preferred:
Healthcare industry experience, UKG Ready experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills that will foster trust, clear vision, and mutual respect
- Ability to both manage and perform daytoday administrative duties related to all HR functions
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to resolve employee, client and patient issues with a strong service mentality
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectively
