Mynt Dental is seeking a
Dental Call Center Representative to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule appointments based on patient needs and availability
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process insurance information and collect payments
  • Assist with appointment confirmation and reminders
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn and use dental terminology a plus
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
