Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized care to clients based on their individual needs
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications following prescribed schedules
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
  • Support clients with developmental disabilities in daily activities
  • Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to deliver comprehensive care

Skills:


  • Experience in caregiving or related fields such as hospice care or direct support
  • Knowledge of medication administration and medical systems
  • Familiarity with behavior management strategies for diverse populations
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families

Job Types:
