Description

We're seeking a motivated Account Coordinator with a next level attention to detail, organization, and willingness to grow. In this pivotal role, our ideal candidate will provide support to their assigned accounts directors, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns while fostering strong client and agency relationships. They would love to learn our clients' businesses; can thrive in a team environment; are comfortable assisting developing documents for both internal and external meetings; and proficient in Word, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint and project management skills. Must be able to successfully juggle multiple projects at a time, paying very careful attention to ensure that all deadlines and budgets are met.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Providing strong support and day-to-day management of assigned client projects and budgets.
Attend client meetings, taking details notes, and follow-up on action items.
Coordinate with internal departments (creative, media, analytics, accounting) to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
Manage the delivery of assets for integrated advertising campaigns including traditional media, digital and social media marketing.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
Ability to think and work independently while still operating under agency best-practice guidelines.
Ability to identify client business/marketing challenges and opportunities for new or additional agency engagements, or enhancements to existing programs.
Lead all assigned client campaign traffic efforts.
Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple client and agency demands.
Budget management through Excel spreadsheets.
Follow-up with team members to ensure that deadlines are being met.
Develop and maintain client status reports.

Qualifications / Education:

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
Previous internship or work experience in advertising, marketing, or client services is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
