JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform project feasibility analysis in collaboration with partners, planners, and associates.
  • Interface with client administration, property managers, and vendors.
  • Lead the qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for architects, engineers, and other consultants.
  • Supervise programming and planning efforts of selected architects.
  • Conduct site analysis and investigations.
  • Develop and adhere to detailed development budgets and schedules.
  • Obtain required project public approvals (CON, Zoning, Annexation, Site Plan Approval, Wetlands, etc.).
  • Provide design direction and manage the overall design process.
  • Lead qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for General Contractors (GC) or Construction Managers (CM).
  • Provide construction administration in adherence with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor GC or CM performance and address areas of potential risk.
  • Coordinate selection, procurement, delivery, and installation of medical equipment, signage, and furniture.
  • Prepare monthly reports to clients and monitor project performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals and overall company success.
  • Utilize eBuilder software throughout the project.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare development project management experience, including projects ranging from $50$100 million.
  • Strong crossfunctional relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent project budgeting, contract negotiation, and scheduling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with executivelevel external and internal healthcare clients.
  • Strong multitasking and independent project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with eBuilder preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a fouryear college or university, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Five years of related construction experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with medically related construction preferred.
  • Successful completion of background, credit, and drug screening processes.

Pay:
$120, $150,000.00 per year
