Overview:
TRC is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to support our Building Science and Industrial Hygiene practice in our Windsor, CT office

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all phases of prepping and analysis of building materials for asbestos by
Polarized Light Microscopy:
Analysis of radon samples and preparation of subsequent reports
Support of the Air Measurement Group by preparing chemical solutions and analyzing particulate samples
Calculate, check and report data in accordance with applicable SOP's.
QA/QC Analysis

Qualifications:

Knowledge of safe laboratory practices, including the proper procedures in handling chemicals and unknown environmental samples.
Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology or related fields.
15 years of lab analysis experience with
microscopy required. #LI-SE1_
