You Will Be Responsible For:
_

Exceptional Patient Care: Must understand we exist for the patients and make their care the number one priority.

Excellent Communicator: Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family member.

Strong Educator:Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.

Active Teamwork: Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.


_ Requirements_:

-
Education:High School education with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Sterile Processing Department. Operating Room experience preferred.
-
Certification: CSP certification required with the ability to train new staff.
