Healthcare Management Assistant, Medical Assistant (m/f/d) as PDL Assistant in part-time:


What you bring with you:


  • Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional or geriatric nurse or medical assistant or medical office assistant or healthcare management assistant or office clerk with experience in the healthcare field
  • Professional experience in your chosen field
  • Basic knowledge in quality management
  • First experience in tour planning
  • Holistic thinking, independent, proactive and structured work approach
  • Communication and organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility
  • Knowledge in the field of outpatient care desirable
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage

Your tasks will include:


  • Active support of the nursing service management
  • Support in prescription and ordering management
  • Correspondence with doctors, hospitals and other cooperation partners or multipliers
  • Receiving and forwarding phone calls
  • Reception and welcoming of clients and customers
  • Organization and preparation of company events and meetings
  • General administrative tasks
