Job Summary -
The Area Manager is responsible for maximizing market share in their local market by recruiting Custom Builders and educating builders on Wausau Homes product line, business systems and building processes, as well as increasing our share of each builder's success by ensuring order opportunities are identified and aggressively pursued.
