Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems and processes
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with human resources tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth collaboration
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
