Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise office staff, including training and performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
  • Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems and processes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with human resources tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
