BUILDING & GROUNDS SUPERVISOR | FULL-TIME | ON-SITE

CARL BLACK CHEVROLET BUICK GMC of ORLANDO**:

Carl Black Orlando is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our dealership as a Full-Time Facility & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.

If you are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition.
Handle minor repairs and maintenance across the dealership premises, including the showroom, service area, offices, and exterior areas.
Monitor and address issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other equipment.
Keep the dealership grounds tidy and presentable by performing landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Maintain a thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Keep track of inventory and supplies related to maintenance tasks and promptly report any shortages.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
