Responsibilities
- Representative contact person (m/f/d) for our dealership's customers
- Workshop appointment scheduling
- Management of customer loaner vehicles
- Cash management
- Customer service in person/over the phone
- Support of the service team in organizational and administrative tasks
Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive industry
- Professional experience in the automotive sector preferred
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ideally certified as a service assistant (
