Warehouse/Admin Assistant - PART-TIME

This position is part-time, Monday through Friday

from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handling shipping and receiving responsibilities.
  • Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Coordinating deliveries and occasionally making them.
  • Posting vendor and customer invoices.
  • Managing company vehicles and maintaining them.
  • Organizing and overseeing supplies and janitorial services.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, yard, office, and recycling.
  • Assisting the accounting department with filings, invoicing, and other tasks.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Inputting orders and processing returns.
In this role, you will primarily work independently.


Qualifications:


  • Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Quick learner with software and tool usage.
