Warehouse/Admin Assistant - PART-TIMEThis position is part-time, Monday through Friday
from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling shipping and receiving responsibilities.
- Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Coordinating deliveries and occasionally making them.
- Posting vendor and customer invoices.
- Managing company vehicles and maintaining them.
- Organizing and overseeing supplies and janitorial services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, yard, office, and recycling.
- Assisting the accounting department with filings, invoicing, and other tasks.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Inputting orders and processing returns.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Quick learner with software and tool usage.
