- Deeply understand the video AI ecosystem, including generative AI, computer vision, and legacy ML
- Extensive experience in building developer products, and understand what it takes to onboard developers onto a new tool
- Working experience with image and video AI models (both diffusion and LLM), and know how to evaluate performance characteristics of these models
- Deep familiarity with AI developer tooling
- Iterate quickly with a small product and engineering team to identifying, derisking, and execute on value-generating product offerings
- Strong ability to create clarity out of ambiguity, and a can-do attitude
Stellar written, verbal, and organizational skills - At least 8 years of experience in an engineering role
- Technical expertise in either video workflows or video-centric AI (bonus points if you've done both)
- Strong bias for action and accountability
- Background as a founder or early engineer of a developer-facing product
- A deep existing network within the AI community
- Base salary: $165-$210k USD

This is a zero-to-one moment for Livepeer Studio's AI tooling, and comes at a critical inflection point in the video AI community. As a founding member of Livepeer Studio's AI product engineering team, you will be responsible for iterating on a new video AI developer product and bringing it to market. This is an entrepreneurial role. You will work cross-functionally to help Livepeer Studio capture the revenue opportunities created by the emerging AI capabilities of the Livepeer network.
