Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Proven expertise to recruit and interview for critical skilled trades positions in locations throughout the US and Canada, using a variety of sources.
Own and maintain key industry connections for targeted talent through industry groups, associations, trade schools, military transition, etc.
Organize and conduct plant level hiring fairs. Track and manage success through analytics.
Create and implement a structured school engagement program that partners with local HR Managers.
Coordinate with TA Coordinator to schedule new hire start dates and screening process.
Manage ATS backend and dashboard for accurate reporting and maintenance of the system.
Provide high quality service to our internal customers

Analyze Talent Acquisition KPI's to improve time to fill and cost per hire.
Manage internal relationships with hiring managers and senior level leadership.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills
and Abilities:

Proven experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Workday preferred.
Proven track record as a resultsoriented recruiter.
Expert negotiator
Must work comfortably with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience managing searches for various locations throughout the US.
Canadian recruitment experience preferred.
Must have experience recruiting both professional and operations positions.
Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills essential.
Ability to be a strong team player.
Travel to company locations 2530% of the time.
Must be able to think strategically and analyze data.
