Test Engineer – Python / DFT /RTL

Join a global semiconductor company that specializes in high-speed, energy-efficient chip-to-chip link solutions. They are currently seeking a DFT Engineer Design Engineer to join their team in Germany or Switzerland on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Understand ATE, wafer bring up, and debug issues to successfully bring up silicon and develop test programs.
Collaborate with the team to define the test plan and develop functional/structural tests for final and wafer test program development.
Work with the team to define HTOL test suite, cycle times, and bring up on burn-in PCB boards.
Knowledge of lab bench silicon debug and characterization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DFT, including architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development, and verification.
Experience with MBIST insertion, simulation, and verification on RTL and gate level netlist.
Experience with scan insertion, scan compression, stuck-at, at-speed test, and coverage analysis.
