Join our team at Colony as a:

Prototype and Sample Coordinator

You will:

  • Be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal development regarding prototypes
  • Ensure the availability of all requested samples and prototypes for projects and customers
  • Create accurate documentation of all steps for samples and prototypes (MPL = Sample Planning List)
  • Source components for prototype production
  • Coordinate with the development team and testing department to oversee prototypes until production launch
  • Plan and manage delivery dates, ensuring timely completion of prototypes and samples
  • Provide technical support for prototype development

Be our forward thinker:

  • Have a technical education, preferably in the "Seating" industry
  • Previous experience in a similar role is ideal
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Flexible, resilient, persuasive, sociable, team-oriented, and able to work independently, with attention to detail and analytical skills
