Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provides onsite project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit
- Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration
- Maintains contract budgets, prepares contractbilling, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules
- Oversees personnel records, facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies
- This job family is for incumbents employed on a nontechnical contract
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- May lead functional teams or projects
- Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services
- May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to identify innovative solutions
- Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives
- Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 7 years with BS/BA
