Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provides onsite project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit
Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration
Maintains contract budgets, prepares contractbilling, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules
Oversees personnel records, facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies
This job family is for incumbents employed on a nontechnical contract
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions

Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

May lead functional teams or projects
Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services
May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to identify innovative solutions
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives
Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Secret Clearance
Minimum of 7 years with BS/BA
Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
