At Therapy Supply House Inc, the delivery driver/ warehouse associate position is responsible for delivery operations including delivering products using a truck to consumers in a timely manner and for the replenishment, monitoring, of our rental and purchased inventories, including warehouse organization and maintenance


Duties include:

Key focus areas include.

  • Load truck safely with equipment for delivery as scheduled, supporting delivery operations including delivering products to consumers in a timely manner
  • Drive truck safely to deliver equipment/ supplies to customers
  • Instruct customer on how equipment is used including assist in fitting patients with the appropriate medical supply
  • Able to communicate professionally and have customers sign paperwork as instructed
  • Inspect the levels of inventory across all branches and identify shortages.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory movement.
  • Respond to questions and help customers troubleshoot their medical equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with managers and sales staff to ensure business goals are met.

Position Requirements:
Education, Knowledge, Training, Experience, Licenses, Certification


  • Great driving record and ability to drive box trucks.
  • Able to deliver great customer service while interacting with customers during deliveries.
  • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies preferred.
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to travel to lift up to 70 pounds or more.
  • Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal teamwork and leadership skills with all levels across the organization and assures delivery of excellent customer service to all patients, visitors, physicians and coworkers.
  • Adapts to multiple ongoing priorities with mínimal supervision including but not limited to organizing workflows and actively participating in problem solving.
  • Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including intermediate knowledge of Excel to perform moderate to complex analyses of inventory data, product data, project costs and manage product replacement/transition.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of medical equipment products to address customer needs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent education (examples include GED)
Associate degree preferred.'
