What to expect

Consulting with customers and leading sales conversations until the leasing or sales agreement is reached. Planning and conducting test drives with the intention of creating an exceptional and first-class brand experience.
Answering user questions and educating all NIO users and prospects about our product specifics.
Proactively implementing a customer retention strategy with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction and increasing NIO's brand awareness in Germany.

Requirements

What you bring

You share our passion for electromobility and the NIO philosophy "Blue Sky Coming."
You have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in the premium vehicle or luxury
