About the Restaurant Manager Position

The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in overseeing all Front of House operations. Responsibilities include supervising daily restaurant activities, upholding sanitation standards, and providing exemplary hospitality to guests alongside the Front of House team. Collaborating with the General Manager, the focus is on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction within the operational budget. Training Front of House staff to embody the exceptional service standards of SUSHISAMBA is also a significant aspect of this position.

Desired Qualifications

If you're considering the Restaurant Manager role, we expect you to have:

Completed Some College coursework in a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Beverage experience in a similar setting, ideally within 4/5-star hotels or upscale restaurants
Demonstrated success as a salesperson in high-paced service environments
Familiarity with Food & Beverage, Restaurant, and Bar/Lounge operations
Understanding of essential sanitation protocols and food safety standards
Knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine would be advantageous
