    A local company located in Riverside is looking to fill the role of CNC programmer. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

    While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

    1st shift, 6am-2:30pm, M-Fri, Temp to permSalary: $35-$40 DOEResponsibilities for CNC programmerWorks with shop leads, tool makers, and tooling to ensure communication of information to all departments needed to produce partsWrites and troubleshoots CNC programs for 3 and 5-axis CNC Mills, especially using MasterCamProgramming extremely close tolerance parts using Esprit softwareCome up with strategies for machining operations and designate the proper tooling to ensure quality and cost effective deliveryStudy and interpret drawings and specs to coordinate set upGenerate tool paths using Unigraphics softwareProvide direction for MachinistsSpecify equipment, tooling and supplies neededProvide technical support and guidance for hourly employeesMeet and improve quality standards to reduce rework and nonconformanceQualifications for CNC programmerAbility to use gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirementsFixture designer2+ years of experience programming in Mastercam, Surfcam, or similar software preferredMaintains specifications by obserExcellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination, familiarity with various measuring equipment, good understanding of the working qualities of various metals, commitment to excellence and high standards, versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm, acute attention to detail, ability to perform the physical labor necessaryAbility to use "Mastercam" softwareMinimum of 5 years experience creating CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5 axis machines
