Responsibilities:


Essential Functions:

  • Design, code, test, and implement highquality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies. Develop and maintain custom triggers, workflows, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with other development teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements by customizing standard objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Implement and maintain validation rules, formula fields, and custom reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Adhere to best practices in Salesforce development and follow coding standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
  • Stay informed about new Salesforce features and functionality, as well as industry best practices.
  • Developing cohesive business models and resulting monthly status reports to effectively track business success/results across business segments.
  • Monitoring user groups to stay current on sales and marketing platform features and functionality, and providing recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience:

Five plus years of Salesforce Developer experience.


Licenses / Certifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Certified Salesforce Developer 40
  • Certified Administrator.

Knowledge:

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Visio).

  • Ability to build relationships and to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in team environment. Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely with all key stakeholders, customers, and staff.
  • Effectively manage the project controls of complex processes.
  • Skills necessary to plan and track projects, operational metrics, and performance for multiple projects.
  • Ability to facilitate small to large groups of people at various organizational levels for purposes of planning, problem solving.
  • Ability to engage with sales and marketing leaders to bring new concepts and leadingedge tools to the attention of management.
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hiring salary 145,000.00p/yr.

For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
