    What We Need

    A multi-talented go-getter who is passionate about developing compelling content in a fast-paced, ever-evolving market that spans multiple industries. The ability to maintain a consistent brand look and voice with attention to targeted ICPs and buyer personas is a must. Someone who is proactively creative and brings excellent project management skills.

    Job Duties
    • Become an expert on client audiences, competitors, and industry trends to develop content that targets our define buyer personas throughout different phases in the buyer journey
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product and Leadership teams
    • Translate messaging and campaign strategy into a wide variety of resources (collateral, blogs, web content, social media copy, customer and prospect e-mails, etc.)
    • Mastery of all things organic content creation and sales enablement tool development
    Knowledge and Skills
    • 3-5+ years of experience in content creation and strategy
    • Skilled at multi-tasking and supporting various internal customers
    • Adept at understanding B2B audiences and crafting creative, multi-channel content
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • SEO-related experience is a plus
    • Experience using WordPress or other CMS, various social media platforms, and other analytics tools (Interactive software, InDesign, A/B Testing and heat mapping experience is a bonus)
    • Project management experience
    • Bachelor's degree or other relevant professional certifications are a plus, but not required
