Job summary

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as a core member of GTM leadership and the architect of Passage's data, insights, and operational excellence across Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership and the CEO to help set priorities, identify opportunities, and guide decision-making across the growth team.
  • Develop the analytical foundation - dashboards, metrics, and insights - that analyzes what's working and not across team performance and strategy.
