Your tasks:
Further your education within 24 months and obtain the IHK certified degree "Specialist for Sales Management in Retail"
Complete the theory phase at the renowned Retail Education Center (BZE), which will train you perfectly to start as a junior manager
Gain deep insights into leadership-relevant topics during your practical phase at the BAUHAUS specialist center, which will prepare you perfectly for starting as a junior manager
Gain new perspectives and expand your knowledge in the areas of personnel management, controlling, employee leadership, and sales
