- Develop sales strategies. Present and demonstrate the value of Trileaf's services to potential clients
- Identify and research potential clients in Trileaf's target markets
- Conduct at least 100 B2B calls per week
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Create and implement processes and polices to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to the pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years experience in business development/sales
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and team members
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Good computer skills
- Experience in large-volume real estate, property transactions, assessments, and/or environmental consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
