Job Summary:

Duties:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Stay uptodate on changes in financial regulations and best practices
• Assist with tax preparation and filing

Skills:

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial accounting principles
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of financial concepts such as debits, credits, and accruals
• Experience in public accounting or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with securities laws and regulations is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
