What you will do:

Our vision is to connect talents with renowned employers during their studies and support them in their career development. As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will work in a team with one of our Heads of Regional Sales Managers and be responsible for acquiring new customers and increasing revenue in your region in the Customer Care sector.

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), your tasks will include:

Market observation and tracking of latest trends
You develop customers in your region and regularly visit them to optimize and expand the collaboration;
You ensure that enough new business is generated to achieve the projected growth for Germany.
Development of new products and services for top clients
Negotiation of offers and contracts as well as presentation of YoungCapital to the customer
Close collaboration with responsible parties within the company to ensure a unique customer experience
