We are currently seeking a motivated and loyal personnel dispatcher (m/f/d) for our commercial temporary staffing and personnel services in our company headquarters in Leipzig.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the care and strategic development of our employee and client base
  • You will independently and proactively organize daily business operations
  • You will be the first point of contact for all employee and client inquiries
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  • Conducting job interviews and documenting application processes
  • Working with people, for people, and by people
  • Providing support to clients for all personnel solutions
  • Personnel consulting and placement of skilled and managerial staff (temporary staffing and direct placement)
  • Directly approaching candidates (active sourcing)
  • Conducting phone interviews and job interviews with candidates for optimal personnel selection
  • Hiring and releasing employees, including all associated legal and administrative tasks and compliance with legal requirements

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a personnel services specialist (m/f/d) or have relevant industry experience
  • You have a strong sales affinity and a drive for success
  • You are a strong communicator with a sensitive approach and enjoy actively engaging with others
  • Your confident demeanor allows you to inspire and motivate others
  • You have a proactive and independent work style
  • You have successfully worked in sales and/or human resources in previous positions
  • You enjoy sales and working with people
  • You are goaloriented and eager to take on responsibility
