As a

Regional Financial Advisor Recruiter , you will be charged with:

Identifying and attracting experienced, established agents or advisors

Using our proven proprietary Marketing, Sales, and Practice Management systems

Onsite position in Fort Lauderdale

Key Responsibilities

Manage advisor recruiting pipeline

Maintain accurate candidate records

Communicate SIG's value proposition

Evaluate advisor practices

Create and manage a consistent flow of qualified candidates

Develop centers of influence

Grow and maintain strong partnerships

Additional responsibilities as needed

Collaborate with Marketing Group

Screen and assess other recruiter's candidates

Work well within a highly collaborative remote team

Requirements

Education and Experience:

5 years' experience with sourcing and direct recruiting

Expert networking and relationship building skills

Proven sales and/or financial advisor recruitment experience

Skills Required:
Understanding of products, process, and capabilities of our FMO, RIA, and Franchise channels

Effective in recruiting efforts within the RIA and Insurance industry

Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills
