Shell Ridge is currently seeking a Team Leader for our Call Center (m/f/d) to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the professional, administrative, and disciplinary leadership of our telephone operators at our location.
You will also serve as the main point of contact for our clients.Your main tasks will include supervising, coaching, and motivating employees to achieve project goals, conducting employee meetings and performance reviews, and conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
