Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements:


  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer information and provide personalized solutions
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to engage customers and promote products/services
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism

Pay:
