Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer information and provide personalized solutions
- Comfortable making outbound calls to engage customers and promote products/services
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
