Responsibilities:
Your main focus will be on successfully onboarding B2C customers through various sales channels in close collaboration with partners.

  • Responsible for the complete KYC process (knowyourcustomer), including sanctions and embargo checks
  • Preparation and coordination of leasing applications for customers
  • Requesting necessary documents for complete customer onboarding
  • Compliance with all legal and internal requirements of the group for the KYC and credit review process
  • Conducting credit reviews for private and small business customers and making independent credit decisions within the granted credit authority
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from sales and the B2C business area

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • First experience in sales or customer service
  • Ideally, first experience in credit review
  • Thorough and structured work approach
  • High level of critical thinking combined with good analytical skills
  • Strong selforganization, customer orientation, and communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written
