Apprentice for Textile Product Finisher (m/f/d) at Fairmont

Jaeger is an internationally operating medium-sized family business with its headquarters in Wuppertal and production and sales locations in 12 countries. Our customers are supported by Gebrüder Jaeger GmbH and Jaeger Components GmbH, with 100 years of experience as specialists in the field of technical textiles and plastic processing. Our products and components can be found in a variety of industrial applications in the construction, shoe & leather, and technical industries. This is complemented by our development expertise in our own special machine and plant construction at Jaeger Engineering GmbH.

To support our dedicated team, we are looking for an apprentice to start in August 2024:

Apprentice for Textile Product Finisher (m/f/d)

Training:

  • Responsibility for controlling the material flow for production machines and systems, as well as quality assurance (uniform coating, lightfastness, wash resistance)
  • Setting up, controlling, and monitoring textile finishing machines and systems in production
  • Preparing work processes, selecting and using testing procedures and equipment
  • Selecting and processing materials according to specifications
