Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service for private and business customers of an automotive manufacturer
  • Handle and redirect inquiries, such as repairs, malfunctions, and lease returns, over the phone
  • Schedule appointments between customers and workshops (e.g. service appointments)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Followup on conversations and maintain customer data

Your Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • Ideally, have a good sense for sales and customer retention
  • Strong ability to advise and assist others
  • Customeroriented and detailoriented
