*Registered Nurse*$8,000.00 sign on bonus Heatherdowns Residential and Rehab Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing quality care to our residents. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
Complete documentation and reports as required.
Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and CNAs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for residents. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
Current RN license in the state you are working in
Valid CPR certification
Previous clinical or healthcare experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and transfer residents. Benefits
