    Description


    As a key member of our global marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the project management of all marketing campaigns, as well as digital marketing support for BioAgilytix, a global bioanalytical CRO.

    You will be responsible for receiving all marketing requests from our global teams, ensuring clarity in deliverables, tracking progress, organizing necessary stakeholders, and addressing obstacles.

    In addition to project management, you will support our digital marketing efforts on the website, social media, and other campaign types.

    As a Marketing Operations Manager, your day-to-day activities will include:Manages collaboration across the business to ensure follow through with marketing requests (website, social media, newsletters, ads, and others).Collaborates closely with key stakeholders across various departments and agencies to ensure marketing and communication activities are implemented efficiently and within deadlines.

    Oversees governance to ensure any possible changes/issues are socialized prior to implementation. Develop processes across disciplines and enact changes across teams.

    Develop timelines, establish key date schedules for marketing projects, assign individuals/teams, track project deliverables, and relay updates via electronic document sharing.

    Enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department, help identify, design, and document scalable processes.

    Identifies and resolves blockers to ensure marketing projects meet deadlines.
    Leverage personal expertise in project management to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
    Coordinate marketing, social media, and communications calendar.
    Effectively manage daily administrative tasks such as project tracking and meeting scheduling.
    Own marketing invoicing and expense processing.
    Support intradepartmental marketing needs.
    Implements requested website content updates through the Content Management System (WordPress) and provides recommendations for website/content enhancements.

    Collaborates on crafting new marketing content (e.g., social media, email marketing, ads, design projects, etc.) and executes innovative projects and creative concepts to enhance customer conversion rates.


    These are skills needed to be successful:

    Experience in project management (managing projects, defining scope, tracking achievements) and ability to use project management software (Smartsheets, Trello, or similar)Demonstrated proficiency in tackling complex problems, drawing insights from multiple data sources and stakeholders to make informed recommendations.

    Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) (WordPress preferred). Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion to make non-routine choices within established guidelines, with minimal supervision.
    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced team environment.

    Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner; ability to adapt message/style to fit audience.


    Qualifications and Competencies:


    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or science-related field with seven - eight (7-8) years combined experience in Project Management and/or Marketing; ORMaster's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or science-related field with six (6) years combined experience in Project Management and/or Marketing.

    Experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) is preferred.
    Prior experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO/CMO, or similar organization is preferred.
    Working EnvironmentPreferred hybrid office / work from home if near Boston, MA, Durham NC or San Diego CA. Work requires occasional travel (<10%)
