**Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 and alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 3:00**
**Summary/Objective:**Provide members with a high level of support services in a friendly, efficient and timely manner. Support the handling of products and services offered to our members. Assist the Card Services Department in achieving service goals. Process Fraud Dispute Service Requests and Card Re-issue Service Requests from assignment through the finalization process.
**Essential Functions:**Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provide support, service, and research for Members and other departments within DCU.
Process disputes, as assigned in regard to Fraud Cases.
Duties include but are not limited to: Plastics Processing, personal GL Reconciliation & Dispute Processing as it relates to compliance and regulatory standards.
Review individual cases within Visa DPS for representments in accordance with Regulation E/Z and Visa timeframes.
Answer incoming Hunt Line(s) calls in a professional manner.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s).
Identify areas of risk and recommend appropriate actions.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**
Six months to one year related experience, financial institution preferred.
Prior customer service experience.
Strong PC Skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Prior experience working with Fraud disputes or the equivalent of in a related field.
**Additional Eligibility Requirements:**
**Supervisory Responsibility:**This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Work Environment:**This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier/scanner, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
**Physical Demands:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and to reach with hands and arms.
**Travel:**The Card Services Department is in both the Marlborough Operations Center and Chelmsford Operations Center. All Card Services Team Members will be required to occasionally travel between these two buildings.
