    Position Overview:

    This role is located on-site in Farmingdale, NJWe are seeking a Tax Manager with strong public accounting and CPA experience to join our team.

    As a Tax Manager, you will lead the tax compliance process for multiple clients in various industries, including fiduciary, estate, individual, and gift taxation.

    You will be an integral part of a collaborative team that is focused on providing the highest quality of service to our clients.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage tax compliance processes for clients across various industries.
    Lead the preparation of tax returns for corporations, individuals, partnerships, fiduciary, estates, and gift taxation.
    Review tax research prepared by staff.
    Perform technical reviews of tax returns.
    Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
    Provide tax planning services to clients.
    Develop best practices for tax compliance processes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or another relevant field.
    CPA license.
    At least 5 years of experience in a public accounting with a focus on tax compliance.
    Strong understanding of fiduciary, estate, individual, and gift taxation.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Attention to detail and highly organized.
