Your responsibilities:


  • Implementation of the inhouse weighing process for components and assemblies of recreational vehicles
  • Creation of weighing orders, procurement of test specimens, execution of measurements, documentation of results, transfer to product data management system and material master release
  • Preparation, execution and documentation of various other material tests
  • Plausibility check of results
  • Statistical evaluation and identification of deviations
  • Independent organization of the material testing area (scheduling, prioritization)
  • Contact person for crosssite coordination within the Erwin Hymer Group
  • Creation of parts and assemblies in CAD for visualization of optimization potential
  • Collaboration with interfaces of engineering, purchasing and quality management
    Your profile:
  • Successfully completed vocational training in a technical profession,
- preferably with further training or direct training as a material tester

  • Logical thinking skills and precise, conscientious work style
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CAD (preferably Solid Edge)
