Introduction:
We're looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our office in Hamburg to support us with the organization and planning of our operations.
Your areas of responsibility:
- You're responsible for the commercial processing: processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, filing and managing documents
- Taking on secretarial and assistant tasks
- You'll handle communication with our customers via email and phone
- You'll support our team with scheduling appointments
Your profile:
- You would describe yourself as an organizational talent
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You have a quick grasp of things
- You have the ability to follow existing processes
- You enjoy direct customer contact
- Ideally, you have completed a vocational training
