- Handle a portfolio of clients and manage all aspects of their tax compliance and planning requirements.
- Review tax filings for individuals, businesses, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring precision and adherence to relevant regulations.
- Devise and execute tax strategies to reduce clients' tax obligations and enhance their financial standings.
- Conduct in-depth research on intricate tax matters and offer advice to clients and team members.
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, establishing robust relationships and delivering proactive tax planning recommendations.
- Supervise and guide team members, offering assistance and mentorship to support their professional growth.
- Stay updated on tax statutes and rules, and relay updates and modifications to clients and team members.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license is mandatory.
- Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in taxation.
- Solid technical understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes and regulations.
- Experience in managing client relations and leading tax projects.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with effective interaction skills with clients and team.
- Detail-focused with robust analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
