We are a young and growing company in the construction industry, active as both a property developer and a general contractor.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) in Marysville, OH.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of architects, specialist planners, subcontractors and authorities involved in the execution
Entrepreneurial responsibility, preparation and handling of construction projects
Supervision and monitoring of construction projects in terms of deadlines, costs and quality for both public and private clients
Supervision and management of construction site personnel
Measurement and billing
Calculation and tendering

Your profile:

Ideally, a degree in civil engineering or E2D engineering (m/f/x) or a comparable education as a construction technician (m/f/x), as well as initial professional experience in the abovementioned areas are desirable
High level of initiative, strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
Teamwork
Openness to new challenges
Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations, including calculation, tendering and awarding
Computer skills (MS Office)
Driver's license
