Job Summary
The Aesthetic Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients for services, providing recommendations in consultations, and ensuring consistency to practice standards.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Greets patients in a timely and friendly manner and ensures their comfort.
- Recommends treatment plans for patients in consultations & at any point in treatment creates at home skin care regimens for patients with our products.
- Conducts skin health consultations with each patient to determine their needs and recommend products and services that will help them achieve their desired outcome. Pre and post treatment care and photos.
- Educates patients on products and services and how they can benefit.
- Understand patient needs.
- Simplify complex information and highlight benefits.
- Address potential concerns.
- Provide evidencebased information.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service that exceeds patient expectations.
- Provides body and skin care services neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, micro needling, morpheus8, laser, body contouring, coolsculpting, IV/IM infusion therapy, and more as we add services to the practice. Pre and post treatment care and photos.
- Educates patients in pre/ post care & recommended skincare products.
- Increases patient retention by building relationships and prebooking.
- EMR documentation of all services/ contact with patient.
- Assists with social media / create your own social media page.
Required Education and Experience
- CA Licensed Registered Nurse

Working Conditions
- Work in Company's office located in Newport Beach, California.
- Full-Time / Parttime must work in office with varying hours: Monday
- Saturday, based on an 810hour workday.
- Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements, evening, and some weekends.
